Important: Your ranged WOM user should not be able to kill Florina. If she is, she will attack Florina before your horse attacks soleil.
I am reasonably sure that Cordelia can be replaced with:
5* Camus
Galeforce
Grani Shield
Lunge
Distant Defense 3.
I first tried to get this to work with Camus and he got in same position as Cordelia, but I have no galeforce on him. (also, he can't kill Soleil so he would need lunge to bypass her.)
