Tobin is not the best PvP defender, but these builds are perfect for PvE maps where you can better calculate where you Tobin goes. Tobin Best Builds for Defense always try to compensate for the AI - as you must - but a CPU controlled Tobin isn’t at his best unfortunately.
IF you take these builds into Tempest Trials, Chain Challenges, or Infernal maps, you will have a defensive dynamo that is a sight to behold! Tobin’s benefit is that his stats are flat, allowing him to temporarily fit into other roles as a supporting unit. This might make him a non-starter for some, but for others he provides the flexibility that tough maps demand from tacticians.
