If you want to know why, it's basically trying to highroll last turn which realistically you can only really do with AA/BA, if you used sitonai arts buff on t5 you need a highroll even on AA, else BA still needs highroll regardless.
So basically you keep resetting until kama hits whoever that's left alive between lanling and casgil on t5 twice. If they dont die t5 you can still kill kama t6 with a highroll but you are forced to use sitonai arts buff t5.
The reason why you want sitonai arts buff on t6 is because if she gets debuffed on t5, on t7 the arts buff will be cleansed and t6 you get immunity allowing you to basically get 10% arts buff more vs using is on t5.
Then you get to the last turn and hope for cards + highroll and repeat.
