I never understood myself why people thinks she's bad, maybe because it's harder to make minturn setups for challenge quests with her than with skadi
Anyway, i really love her but i think where she shines the most is as a solo unit thanks to her solidity.. i even grailed her because she never failed me and i decided she really deserved a gift

other than her np gain she is really good
obviously she isnt good for farming, so it's dumb to rank her low for that
there were some cqs where she really was great (like the bull of heaven and the recent holmes one)

She was one my first 5 stars and she's been great esoecially in long battles. Her survivability is insane

She's not bad, just not spectacular either. Its weird as at first look she has pretty much every piece you want to see in a top tier support (healing, crit support, type support, atk/def support, def support, NP charge and even a buff remove). The problem is they are just that bit awkward to drop her from that top rank: her NP charge in single target only and only 20%, pretty weak for a 5 star when numerous 4 stars have group wide 20% and her type support is on her phantasm and on the OC portion to boot, meaning you generally can't build a fast kill squad with her as she needs to NP to give out her buff, and her stall game is a bit weak too having no hard def, and no drain, so you have to tank those NPs which is generally something you want to avoid. This still means she can be pretty good on a long sustain party, but in a game where the vast majority of content is KILL IT NOW content this really hurts her making her a bit of a niche progression servant. Still, I like her. She's been great for me in several fights, just wish they'd at least fix up her NP charge.
