I'm new to the game tho so can I ask 3 questions? How can I get the ticket for the costume whe it's released? Do I have to participate to the event or will it suddenly appear if I have max ascension Ushi?

Edit: I'm still at Babylon so I can't participate at Events

  1. You get the tickets by farming the ladders in the event.
  2. To get the costume, you must participate and clear the recent chapter of the event's main story.
  3. The event requirement is Fuyuki so you can participate this event even with scuffed servants. It will take longer time, though.

I remember leveling her forever ago for a Shimosa boss fight and only using her after if an event gave a damage bonus. My lord the glow up is real.
