The true IshtarFest starts now, time to tackle the most annoying round of the three.

0:00 - 6S Arash + AA/Gil/Ishtar/Tesla/Napoleon + Waver + Skadi + Mage Association. Face card T1, use shuffle if needed. All need minimum NP3 to clean kill, Ishtar need NP5. Use below strat if lower np level.
1:00 - 6S Same strat, but in case if you are missing damage, this one feature plugsuit + a 20% charge buster support like Shakespeare or Merlin for more buff. Face card T1, save the buff for next turn if bad card.
1:55 - 6S If using plugsuit anyway, can try double Waver + 2 at least 30% charge dps. If use AA for W3, use the MC stun in case if Rama resist his buster down.
2:54 - 5S One 30% charge dps w/ 50% charge CE + one 50% charge dps + Waver + buster suit. Face card T1, save the buff for next turn if bad card. NP1 Gil and Ishtar works.
3:48 - 5S Same team, just want to show Spartacus can work as a budget 30% charge dps.
4:41 - 5S Touta w/ IE + AA + Helena + Waver. Face card T1, save the buff for next turn if bad card. Use the MC stun in case if Rama resist AA buster down.
5:38 - 5S Raikou w/ IE + Arash + Waver + Merlin + Mage Association. Doesn't need plug, but I don't like it, might as well use plug so you can have more star and more dmg for turn 1 and 3.
This round is the hardest to farm, yet ticket drop efficiency is the best among the three. Round 3 only have slightly worse drop efficiency tho, so if you find it is hard to farm ticket in this round, then just focus on farming the shop currencies.
