  Paladin and Mage are the best ones as they are the closest to their classes meta deck.
  
  In fact, the Paladin deck is the current meta deck with the optional switch between Order in the Court and Kotori Lightblade.
  
  New players shouldn't be looking for dust value, they should be looking for decks they can actually play in Standard.

Wow that Mage deck is really solid, at least for Festival of Legends standards. I used an almost identical deck to hit Legend this month. We'll see how it holds up in TITANS. I'm excited to try out a similar deck with Sif for the big spell damage.

I have almost all the standard commons and rares but missing lots of epics and legendaries. Should I open my titan packs or standard packs first? I have 9 titan packs and 12 standard packs and will spend all 2500 gold on titan packs.

  Standard first so you can get as many new Commons/Rares as possible from them, then Titans.
  If you went Titans first, you'd have 34 packs which is enough to get all Commons (Rare is about 63), which means any Commons you got from the Standard packs would just be any Standard Common.
  It doesn't matter a TON but new cards are far more likely to be nerfed (sounds bad but that means more Dust for you), so if you're gonna get any duplicates, it should be new duplicates.

I picked the Warrior deck a few days ago, but instead of remornia there was that pirate collosal. Did they change the decks recently?

The Paladin deck is actually a card-for-card meta deck that can get you to Legend.

The only change could be from Order in the Court to Kotori Lightblade, but it isn't necessary.
