  It's funny how all the way back in 2016 the 2 most popular feature request where tournament format and guilds/clans and yet these still haven't even been mentioned (other then guilds being only mentioned like twice). These 2 features would make this game so much more enjoyable.

  If they can't even make a proper groupfinder. I really don't expect much anymore.
  For years we type the sr range in the title now.
  And its filled with inappropriate groups. ("femboy looking for...")
  All they did to it, is making it more messy by making it global, thanks crossplay.

They're just going to make thick DPS, not tanks. They're going to keep discouraging teamwork. You know it. Blizzard is no longer the company we remember when Overwatch launched, and Overwatch is no longer the game or fictional world it was then, and maybe they never were except in our overhyped imaginations. Overwatch is going to become Call of Duty: Spacefuture, and it's going to sell like mad.

Played the EU side of things and honestly had a pretty good run seeing as how we signed up as a meme team. In round 3 we played Hadis team and their MS was busy trynna beat on our pharah all game haha

I used to play comp in a six stack (all low Golds to mid-high Plat), and it was definitely the best time I had with the game.

My defining memory was going up against a six stack on Anubis and getting kinda rolled. They held us at spawn on attacking point B and we didn't stand a chance. BUT it already felt like a win to us at that point because we had worked together to pull off a cool strategy to cap point A. One of my favourite games we ever played.

At some point people are going to have to admit or at least recognize that if "the way it was meant to be played" involves pre-picked practiced rosters of like-minded players filling predetermined roles playing cohesively together all the time in a tournament format then that is itself the problem. Almost no game needs that level or organization and structure to function properly nor is based on the expectation of random people behaving this way. If anything great team games have a foundation built on the freedom of individual ability, power, and choices that allows casual groups of players to play together on teams without sandbagging each other simply because people want to play what and how they want.

Overwatch started dying the second it listened to content creators and pros. The reason casuals don’t play this game is because of the updates that keep getting pushed because content creators keep demanding these changes to “save” Overwatch e.g. role lock which just increased queue times and led to people stop playing the game in mass. Sure this experimental mode may have been a breathe of fresh air for content creators but for us casuals it’s just taken time away from developers in actually developing content to appease the loud voices in the community. How many people actually came back to this game because of the experimental mode? You sir are part of the problem. You’re just too loud and boisterous to step back and actually listen to the casual players, the lifeblood of this game.

Don't you feel like you might have just gotten played by Bliz?

For months content creators have been running amok and foaming at the mouth like rabid dogs spouting the death of Overwatch. Bliz counters by letting content creators take a turn at the wheel and putting on a tournament targeting content creators. What do you know, they all have a great time and start publishing hopeful news stories for Overwatch.

This stinks of PR manipulation to me.
