The developers have talked a big game to make Support more fun to play, but in Season 2 with the meta benefitting one shots like Widowmaker, Sojourn and Roadhog I'm finding it worse than trying to outplay Genji and Reaper from Season 1. Ramattra slows down the game, a step in the right direction (as opposed to Roadhog one shots) and with more hero additions it can get better over time, but the style of gameplay we're getting is distinctly what I thought the developers were trying to avoid and many of their decisions have had surprising effects that they should've seen coming, but these are the results we should expect when they make changes to heroes with an isolated focus or just to 'change things up.'
