PlayOverwatch just released another HOT Summer 2018 Summer Games skin, today for Ana who is looking sassy in her Cabana Ana outfit. Exuding class and confidence not to mention some serious lit bling swag (these are just words I hear kids use nowadays). But the real question is, with the upcoming patch will there be a good chance to rock this skin? Can Ana ever be meta ever again? Well, Ana is already starting to see some momentum in her ability to absolutely counter certain comps and issues that maps present especially with the tankiness that Bunker comps or the sustain that Brigitte brawl comps provide. That being said, we may be seeing some power creep in the supports towards an attempt to equalize other heroes kit to be similar in power level to Mercy's mid fight Resurrection ability. As FREEDO describes in this video, buffing one hero INTO a meta where they don't belong often can have drastic side effects, that's how we got ourselves into this odd Double Sniper meta and that's how Ana went from being the top of the meta to the bottom after a few patches. The route Blizzard is going down currently is to attempt to reign in Mercy's midfight strength in her healing, while buffing other heroes to be competitive in the support slot. We'll see if their attempts work, they're playing with fire with these different elements and we may see an explosion of yet another set of meta swaps coming soon.
