With Overwatch League on it's way this Thursday we thought it a good time to talk about the current Overwatch meta and the new comps & strategies top level players have been pulling out. Goats is still king of the meta overall, but also multi-dps has crept its way in as well, either 3 or 4 dps with a solo tank and solo heal mercy can now work vs the dreaded 3-3 composition on some maps, however it is such a flimsy comp against basic Dive with Tracer that it can easily get punished and not only that, only CAN counter GOATS, it doesn't always, as if your DPS don't hit key shots or find frags with their ults, the support ults and the late-fight carry that a full charged Zarya building grav in 30 seconds brings can carry the fight, all the while having the best OBJ brawler OW has ever known with Brigitte. This has evolved a rather interesting meta game where GOATS carries, but there is a bit of a composition triangle that teams sometime flirt with.
