After the subsequent nerfs to D.Va's defense matrix and another on the way, alongside the lucio speed amp nerf the ability for Orisa to sneak in value halts as well as kite her pursuers got an insane buff. This has created a new tank meta, where really, unless you've got a goats team (and who wants to play GOATS really?) there's little point to push in with a reinhardt as he so easily gets manipulated by Halt and kited if a D.Va fails to deny the orb with a dm or if the lucio speed boost doesn't net in value. This has created a new tank meta where Orisa is queen among the deathmatch style ranked solo queue playlist. She can do mostly everything now as long as you know when to get greedy for angles and how to dodge back after you make contact as to not get overwhelmed, which this video tries to teach!
