An interesting fact that I am not ENTIRELY sure is 100% true but the Nutcracker Zenyatta ult line was actually Feodor Chin (Zen's VA)'s idea. He mentioned the idea for that ult line at a convention in summer of 2018 and the line was added later that year (I think winter). So, there's no confirmation that it was solely his idea or if he and someone on the team just had the same idea but it's still interesting, IMO.

I still think it'd be super cool if reaper got a Christmas skin that made his ultimate say "Ho Ho Ho" instead of "Die Die Die"

Ohohoho, pitiful. Overwatch and its lazy vfx team. Score one for Paladins. Let me give you a few examples:
-Battle byte Inara/Fernando/Bomb King--all effects changed to a retro pixel style, new music accompanying Bomb King's ult, Bomb King's ult design changed and brand new voice actors for all three skins.
-Clockwork Torvald--Blue changed to green, runic symbol changed, voice actor changed, ult voice line changed and primary fire projectile design changed.
-Omega Imani--Guantlets changed, glide design changed, frost bomb explosion changed, dragon changed, fire ball changed and beam changed.
-Gentleman Jenos--orb changed, healing orb changed, void grip orb changed, healing sound changed, stellar wind trail design changed, void grip mark changed, healing mark changed, ult voice line changed, ult design changed and voice actor changed.
-Steelforged/Dragonforged Mal'Damba--Wekono changed, mending spirits changed, snake toss changed, slither changed, gourd changed, ult design changed, ult voice line changed and voice actor changed for both Mal'Damba and Wekono.

There are so many more that I could've used but I decided to stick with these. On top of all these changes (which happen with every skin that isn't a [glorified] recolour) every skin has unique voice lines.

No one ever talks about Orisa’s bug skins. It’s a small change but her reload looks like little bug wings flapping, it’s a nice little touch
