The awaited PvP mode for PSO2 has finally released, in an objective-control styled battle arena format! Watch Mitsuki travel around VR Tokyo to find random weapons, pick up stars for points and fight other players. The team with the most points in the end wins, however watch out, if you get killed you will lose points.
While there's still a lot of things that may be better or so, I think the PvP still remains relatively casual and can be fun for all players. I will definitely recommend if you have a group of friends, play it with them for some shenanigans!
While there is a ranking system for matchmaking, your personal performance will affect this greatly so if you aim to get pretty high up there, do your best, I'll be rooting for you ~ !
All in all, teamwork is a very important aspect in PSO2's PvP, so here's a tip from me: Do your best to work with your team, watch the enemy's movements, be smart about flanks (know the maps), and don't try to solo-hero play!
Maybe we should do a shared ships private subscribers match sometimes? 🙂
