Capcom Fighting Collection - Patch Update Trailer

A free update for Capcom Fighting Collection is now available and focuses on quality of life improvements and incorporation of some community feedback. Highlights include more color blind accessibility options for Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo, a new Smooth Filter, viewable hitboxes in Training Mode, and much more!

The biggest update I was hoping for was missed and it probably is the most important one. It’s something that we take for granted that was in streetfighter anniversary collection. That is individual saves for each title in the collection. You may want to play something like streetfighter to world warrior. Save it at a certain point go to streetfighter to Alpha, save that at a certain point they come back and so on but in this collection, you actually have to override your saves as there’s only one save for every game. Honestly, it will be a huge quality of life upgrade. It sounds so silly but as an example, I have a very rigorous schedule. I don’t always have time to sit down and play through a whole game so like in the collection of streetfighter I would say if I come back to it when I could Whatever game, I played multiple titles at any given time in this game I have over and my progress more than I would want to admit because I would’ve forgotten that I had played something and yes it does tell you, but before I realize that I must’ve done it three times just rushing. I really hope they implement individual saves for each game title in the collection like the streetfighter anniversary collection that would be huge.

  I agree, it was the only thing I felt was a big miss in this otherwise fine collection, and it should be super simple to fix. I never complain about free updates but this case is just so odd to me.
