In this video of Sons of The Forest, I provide you with an analysis of major update 5 for the game. Which adds log sleds, cooking pots, new advanced cooking system, tarps to buildings, new ponds/lakes and more.

05:09 - Tree regrowth (setting is on by default) with a 10% chance to randomly regrow when you sleep
06:39 - Findable cooking pots and new advanced cooking system
09:30 - Can now add tarps to log structures
10:39 - 2 new found footage clips added & Beached sail boats location added
11:15 - 79 new ponds and 34 new lakes added to map & GPS Map updated with latest lakes and rivers
11:58 - You can now play the guitar
12:35 - New Kelvin commands added to reset traps, fill log sleds and fill drying racks with fish
13:00 - Eagles may now steal dead fish
13:21 - New wearable clothing item added
13:37 - Throwing dead bodies on spring traps now sends them flying into air
13:42 - Shotgun rail is now on side of gun instead of top to avoid blocking vision & Rotated the shotgun in inventory so that the mods are visible now
14:09 - Added cooking pot pickup to tech apartment in bunker residential
14:18 - Looking around now updates the target cut position when aiming at a log with an axe equipped (before it was only calculated when first targeted)
14:41 - Fixed a fish bunching up issue
