No, this isn't Shinjuku. This is the final battle of LB 6.5.
The "hardest" battle of this LB, though I'd be hard-pressed to call this battle "difficult"...
Gimmicks:
- Charlemagne & Mash are your forced support and must be on the frontline when starting the battle.
- Moriarty will randomly debuff one Servant with Atk down or Def down every turn. It will only last one turn but the debuff value is very high. If your DPS got the Atk down debuff, they will barely do any damage that turn.
- If the target for this debuff is Mash, she'll remove the debuff then inflict Moriarty with Def and Atk down for 3 turns. This debuff can stack.
- Charlemagne has a bunch of permanent buff and gains 10 stars when he hits Moriarty.
- Every bar break will drain Moriarty entire NP gauge to 0.
Notes:
- Obviously the story-intended way to beat this battle is to keep "reflecting" Moriarty debuff back at him with Mash while hitting him with Charlemagne, with the rest of the team supporting them.
- However, they did not give Charl any offensive advantage vs Ruler, making him a very poor choice as your damage dealer for this battle, and Mash can only Taunt twice before you have to deal with Moriarty randomly debuff your Charl with Atk down or Def down.
- Duo-ing him with Mash + an Avenger solves most of these problems, as long as you use a decent Avenger not named Angra Mainyu. Moriarty will target Mash for debuff much more reliably (50/50 compared to 1/3), and you are guaranteed to brave chain him with your Avenger every other turn.
- Doing this correctly will prevent Moriarty from using his NP even once during this fight.
...Not that it's harder to do this fight with a full team, either way.
Anyway that's the last battle of LB 6.5. Now we wait for the next banner/event.
